Cannot access the Virtual Folders on Serv-U FTP Server

I am Running Sercv-u v15.1.5.10

I have a user created and can access their HOME FOLDER just fine (!!! Serv-U_Home Folders !!!/DAVE)

I have created 3 folder under DIRECTORY ACCESS...(THEY ALL HAVE FULL ACCESS) (I ALSO SET THE USE NAME AND PASSWORD UNDER ADVANCED)

They are on SEPERATE NAS DEVICES

\\NAS1\TEST1

\\NAS2\TEST2

\\NAS3\TEST3

Under VIRTUAL PATHS I created them as follows:

Physical Path

\\NAS1\TEST1

\\NAS1\TEST2

\\NAS3\TEST3

Virtual Path

%HOME%\TEST1

%HOME%\TEST2

%HOME%\TEST3

Now when I FTP to the Serv-u Server all 3 of the VIRTUAL PATH show up as they should....but I cannot get into the folders

I get the following error:

I checked each NAS to verify the Username/Password
