Background information.
Cisco Meraki MX80 Security Appliance
Internal Server: Windows Server 2012 R2
Serv-U is the latest version
I have a 1:1 NAT rule in place Allowing HTTPS, HTTP and SSH inbound connections. To eliminate a port issue I did at one point allow all traffic on any ports. Issue remained and reverted changes.
The error message I get is

Can be reproduced with different accounts and different files. The issue appeared after replacing our old Sonicwall NSA2400 which used address objects and moved to the MX80 device.
