New Demo User installed on Red Hat 6.5 Linux, need basic help

Good Day All,

I installed Serv-U in to /usr/loca/Serv-U, started up application, created a Test Domain and  User.

I can not access the Server from a Web Browser from my PC, ex: 20.10.40.50:80    or 8080

What is the command line syntax to sftp or ftp to my newly created account, I can never get login in, or Can I only access the server from the

Wed Client ?
