Serv u creating user folders

I was wondering if anyone can help me out with the following problem

I am using Windows Groups and set up every users home drive to be the following

d:\%USER%

With this when the user logs on it creates a folder called the users username, this work great. My problem is that it doesn't write any NTFS permissions to the new folder so that user and only that user has access to it, write to it etc.

So my question is can Serv u create folders with permissions for the user which created it, just like when you create a home drive in AD
