Most of our users have only the default Windows browser, IE10 in this case, which is a problem because when they log into our Serv-U ftp site with IE10 there are several problems-
1) On the login screen itself, the "Login" button is obscured by left and right arrow buttons. This disables the "Login" button but you can still login by hitting the Enter key.
2) Once you're in, you can see whatever files are in your default folder but there's no way to download or interact with them. You can't select files, get any kind of Download option, or navigate any folders. The Upload and Create Directory buttons are at the bottom of the screen and pressing them will open the expected windows but none of the buttons in those windows work. So you can't actually Upload or Create anything. The only "button" that works in these windows is the "X" to close the windows.
In short, the only thing you can actually do with the Web Client in IE is Log Out because that's the only button that seems to work.
I feel like I must be missing something obvious, or something stupidly IE specific, because I can't find anything about how to fix this online- so it must be something I missed in our setup causing these issues. Other browsers have NONE of these issue. Serv-U works just fine in them- it's only IE. But, since most of our people only use IE, I have to make it work. Please help!
